Up to 8 in one suite. The studio sleeps 2, the two-bedroom 4, the three-bedroom 6, and the four-bedroom 8. Only the guests on the booking can stay overnight.

Longer stays are welcome. Ask about weekly and monthly rates before you book.

Yes. Book each suite for the same dates, or email us to plan them together. See group stays.

Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM for the studio, two-, and three-bedroom suites. Most four-bedroom suites check out at 10 AM. Each suite's page shows its time. Ask in advance about early check-in or late check-out.

There's no front desk. After you complete verification, you get a keyless entry code before arrival and can check in any time after 4 PM.

A government-issued photo ID, your contact details, a credit card in the same name as the ID, and a $250 security deposit. You'll complete all of it through a verification portal. The deposit is refunded after check-out if the suite is left in good condition with no damage or rule violations.

Luggage drop-off is allowed. Let us know your timing in advance.

Yes. Every suite has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes.

Yes, there's a washer and dryer in the suite.

The studio has a king. Most two-bedrooms have a double in each room. Most three- and four-bedroom suites have one king and doubles in the other rooms. Each suite's page shows its exact beds.

Not all of them. In two-bedroom suites, one bedroom has a wall that stops short of the ceiling. In three- and four-bedroom suites, two bedrooms do. Each suite's photos show them.

Partly. The building runs heating or cooling depending on the season. You can set the temperature in your suite, turn it off, and open the windows, but you can't switch between heat and AC.

Possibly. The L runs along Van Buren at the end of the block and Metra lines run nearby. The studio comes with a white noise machine.

A lobby lounge with a pool table, a conference room, a fitness center open 24 hours, and a rooftop deck with seating, gas grills, and a ping pong table. The rooftop is open 8 AM to 10 PM.

There's a paid parking lot directly across the street and more garages within walking distance. Try SpotHero to compare prices. A few suites include parking for one car in that lot. Look for "Parking included" on the suite card.

No. The building isn't pet-friendly.

No. Smoking isn't allowed in the suites or on the rooftop.

No. Parties and events aren't allowed, and quiet hours start at 10 PM. Celebrate with the people on your booking, and keep it neighborly.
